A second-generation home builder and licensed REALTOR®, Cindy’s unique perspective on client-centered sales is both professional and deeply personal. Her excitement for all things real estate began in the dual role of principal broker and “first daughter” at her family’s custom home building business, affording her the opportunity to be fully hands-on from concept through construction (as a general contractor) and delivery. She credits business success on her parents’ contagious willingness to let go of traditional concepts to dream big and to build on what’s next. Their story was featured in dozens of magazines, including New England Home, Builder Magazine and New England Living, and earned such honors as the Home Builders Association SAM (Sales and Marketing) Gold Awards and Custom Builder Magazine’s Best in the Northeast.

Moving Forward

After 15 years in the family biz, Cindy moved into the corporate world, holding multiple executive roles in sales leadership, meshing her understanding of the creative process, the construction sequence and the buying experience to provide disciplined, results-driven service to her clients. Equally comfortable in the board room, managing teams and in one-on-one discussion, she has received extensive training in needs assessment, predictive analytics, digital strategies and customer-centric sale

Cindy has a BS in Marketing from Roger Williams University and a Master of Science from the University of Maine in Community Development.

Having begun her career as Principal Broker for Manor Realty, winning numerous Home Builders Sales and Marketing (SAM) awards along the way, she went on to sales leadership roles in the luxury marketplace.

She is a member of the Tom Ferry Elite+ coaching program and is pursuing her Master of Science Degree in Marketing from the Graduate REALTOR® Institute.
